Adult Fitness & Tumbling
Finally! A new way for adults to get (and stay) fit in a non judgmental environment. Come join us as we learn new skills and make gains in strength while training like an Olympian!
Ages 18 yrs + student / coach ratio 10:1
A fitness and entry level tumbling class that helps students perfect their basics in tumbling and build the proper strength and technique needed to efficiently move up to the next level.
Some of the skills they will learn are:
- The basics of floor, tamp and tumble trak
- Handstands, cartwheels and back bends
- Total Body Strength and Conditioning
- Safety on all equipment
Time of class is 55 minutes.
